1. Acceptance
By using AG FinTax Legal Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. Service
AG FinTax Legal Pro provides business formation and related tax/compliance advisory services. We are not a law firm — see the Disclaimer.
3. Fees + refunds
Package fees are due at checkout. State filing fees are paid to state authorities and are non-refundable once submitted. Package fees are refundable within 60 days if we cannot successfully complete your formation.
4. Accuracy guarantee
If we make a filing error that causes rejection by the state, we re-file at no additional package cost. This does not cover errors in information you provided.
5. Your responsibilities
Accurate information. Timely responses. Payment of state fees. Compliance with ongoing state and federal requirements after formation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
